This device is designed based on the Mazada four-wheel steering system to holistically demonstrate the structure and operation of the four-wheel steering system. The device applies to theoretical teaching and maintenance training of the four-wheel steering system in secondary and senior vocational skill schools, normal education and training institutions. The device can be used for structure display, operation simulation, and assembly and disassembly training.
Features
1. A real and operable four-wheel steering system is used to illustrate the structure of the system.
2. A three-phase motor drives a booster pump to operate the steering wheel and adjust the speed signal imitation knob. In this way, the device demonstrates out-of-phase steering or in-phase steering of front and rear wheels when the speed is low or high.
3. A color principle diagram on the training platform is protected by 3 mm-thick organic glass. The diagram and four-wheel steering system can help trainees learn and analyze the operating principle of the system.
4. The practical training platform’s base frame is made in steel and the surface is paint-coated. Self-retention wheels are installed to ensure that the platform is flexible, reliable and endurable.
